Ciao! My name is Gaia and I have been writing about food and wine since 2005, both professionally and for fun.
I often travel to the US (used to study/work at Smith College, MA), so I have fun using this blog as a collection of recipes and city guides to my favorite American places. I also have a keen interest in wine so, even if I am not a sommelier and have no qualifications, I like writing about wine.
When I’m not cooking/dreaming about food and wine, I work as a digital marketing specialist at hotel group Starhotels.
